1) What happened

 Copying an action from FSM 1 to FSM 2 causes an editor bug when the action from FSM 1 uses a variable that doesn't already exist in FSM 2. Specifically, because the copied variable is auto generated in FSM 2, it confuses and mixes up the variable Categories assigned to the pre-existing variables. As a result, many variables will now appear under the wrong categories.

2) How can we reproduce it

Create two fsms with a handful of variables. Make the variable names different on each FSM.

Assign a few categories to each of the variables.

In FSM 1, create an action on a state that uses a variable unique to that FSM.

Copy/Paste the action from FSM 1 to FSM 2.

Notice that the newly generated variables has offset the categories of the pre-existing variables in FSM 2.
