The center parameter won't accept a Vector3 variable. It will only accept a GameObject variable.

Good catch. When I first made the explosion actions I didn't have a Vector3 fsm variable type, so I used a game object proxy. Will change to Vector3 in next update...

Updated in RC1. Also added Vector3 to other transform and physics actions so it's much easier for these actions to talk to each other. E.g., create an explosion at the point of impact returned by GetCollisionInfo, or apply a force at the pick point returned from MousePick...
