Feature request : Ability to reorgonize Actions order.

Ability to reorgonize Actions order in the Sate panel by mouse draging Action up and down.

I agree. In the meantime, there is something of a workaround:
- Uncheck "Details" and you get a list of Action titles.
- Each Action has an up/down button.

This is a little quicker than using the settings menu.

But dragging actions around would be best...
