Feature Request: WaitForSeconds

I think this would be a really helpful action if it were implemented. Just saying.

SendEvent has a delay parameter: https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W34

The Wait action can also be used to delay the FINISHED event:
https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W234

Nevertheless, I might make WaitForSeconds even if it is redundant since the emphasis is different than SendEvent, and action titles contribute to the legibility of the FSM...
